Voting is open to all members who have an active interest in Evergreen Little League and have purchased the $5.00 voters card. Voter cards will be available until the meeting is called to order on September 7th. Voters will need to present their voters cards to receive their ballots.
President and Vice President will be voted on as well as Six other directors. These Eight people will decide who hods what positions and then they will appoint the other open positions of the board to their positions.
Voting by absentee ballot will be accepted. You must have your voters card number and signature on a piece of paper (with your vote listed...of course) and sealed in an envelope.
